How to enrol?
If you are an employee...
- Complete Employee Application Form IN51 for SuperTrust, IN61 for SuperTrust Plus or INM1 for SimpleChoice (New)
- You may need to talk to your employer about information required for your enrolment. Depending on your company's arrangement you may submit the form(s) directly to HSBC or to your employer to send to us.
If you are self employed...
- Complete Self-employed Application Form IN21 for SuperTrust, IN31 for SuperTrust Plus or IN41 for SimpleChoice (New) and submit the form(s) directly to HSBC
- Complete Direct Debit Authorisation IN04 for SuperTrust, IN14 for SuperTrust Plus or INE4 for SimpleChoice (New) and submit the form(s) directly to HSBC or
- Simply call our HSBC MPF Hotline on (852) 2238 0088 and speak to our MPF executives.
