How to redeem my Rewards online?

1. Go to the online catalogue at www.hsbc.com.hk

2. Select your favourite gifts

3. Select the method for redemption

4. Log on to HSBC Internet Banking to redeem online

5. Input details and confirm your redemption instruction

Step 1: Go to the online catalogue at www.hsbc.com.hk

At the homepage of www.hsbc.com.hk, you can go to the online Rewards catalogue by selecting 'Cards' and then 'Rewards Redemption'.

You can search for a list of gifts by clicking 'Search Tool' and inputting the number of points required for redemption or the particular item code. Alternatively, you can go to different categories to select your gifts e.g. Quarter's Pick, etc.

Step 2: Select your favourite gifts

To select a gift, you just need to input the quantity in the corresponding box, then click 'Add' to include the item in your selection. You may go to other categories or other pages to select additional gifts.
After clicking 'Add', the selection summary box at the top of the page will be updated automatically.

Step 3: Select the method for redemption

There are 2 ways for redemption.

To redeem online, click 'Redeem online' to proceed if you are a registered Internet banking customer. (If you are NOT a registered Internet banking customer, please register first.)
To redeem by fax or by post, you need to print out the form by clicking 'Print the form' and then complete and sign it before returning to our Card Centre for processing.

Step 4: Log on to HSBC Internet Banking to redeem online

After clicking 'Redeem online', you will be redirected to our Internet banking services. Use your User ID and Password to log on.

Step 5: Input details and confirm your redemption instruction

Choose the card from which you want the points and cash amount to be deducted from, fill in the delivery details (if applicable) and then click 'Go'.
Review the details and click 'Confirm' to complete the online redemption.
