Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT), Regression Test and Production Acceptance Test (PAT) to support system releases for AMH TSC projects implementation
  • Review IT system design documents, as well as assist the project teams in understanding user requirements and practices, conducting UAT briefing, preparing UAT / PAT plan, test cases, periodic project updates and user procedure guides
  • Provide post-release support for project implementation, and support the Health Check and System Contingency Drills and Business Recovery Plan Drill
  • Support internal customers to resolve system and procedural problems, and to identify deficiencies and potential enhancements to existing systems and procedures
  • Assist in evaluating the proposed system enhancements to HIE / HSBCnetITS systems to meet business units' requirements
  • Develop and create query reports, monitor exception reports and undertake regular maintenance projects

Requirements

  • At least three years' general banking experience with knowledge and exposure in Trade and Supply Chain operations and procedures
  • Knowledge of HIE design technicalities will be a definite asset
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
