Commercial Banking

We are looking for Temporary Service Ambassadors to work in our branch network to provide quality services to customers by promoting our Self-service Banking Machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Self-service Banking Machines to customers by identifying branch visitors and introduce them the benefits and features of the Self-service Banking Machines
• Conduct on-site demonstration and support localized promotion campaign on Self-service Banking Machines
• Handle customers' enquiries related to the services
• Perform other general branch duties as required

Requirements

• Completed Form 7 education or above
• Frontline sales or promoter experience with basic knowledge in banking operations is an advantage
• Pleasant, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
