Strategy, Propositions and Channels


HSBC's Channels Development and Implementation Team expands and improves the service and sales capability of delivery channels in our Commercial Banking (CMB) division. We are now seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join us. In this role, you will assist in the development of our Business Internet Banking (BIB) service and the smooth and effective development of the Internet as a viable channel for business customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct seminars for customers
  • Perform on site demonstration on BIB functions and on-going technical support to customers
  • Provide on site / telephone support to customers for BIB set up in Hong Kong and overseas offices
  • Act as onsite BIB usage support including demonstration of creation of payment templates, authorisation matrix and profile setup etc
  • Contact customers after signup / setup to encourage usage

Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in a frontline banking business including personal financial services and channel development is a plus
  • Good project management skills and experience with management information and data-mining
  • A self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical and numerical ability with a strong focus on details
  • Proficient database management skills using Microsoft Excel and Access
