HSBC's Commercial Banking (CMB) has seen tremendous growth in business globally, regionally and locally over the past few years. A new Global Small Business Strategy has also been recently approved and it is necessary to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Small Business segment through a comprehensive range of products and services.
The Small-Middle Enterprise (SME) Lending team within the Products and Propositions team in Asia-Pacific (ASP) Strategy, Propositions and Channels is responsible for developing customer-driven lending strategy to enhance customer value and maximise business growth. Lending products constitute our core products contributing to a growing share of the operating income and are a key tool to help acquire new customers. To take our business to a new height and expand within ASP, we are now seeking a seasoned individual to establish SME Lending propositions in Hong Kong (HK) and the ASP Region.
Reporting to Senior Manager Products, you will be expected to manage a highly dynamic and specialised team to develop and implement SME lending strategy in HK and selected countries within ASP. Your specific responsibilities include:
