Key Responsibilities


Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will:

  • Provide IT support to Trade and Supply Chain system users to ensure that computer applications run smoothly
  • Give administrative support to Trade and Supply Chain staff, including maintaining office equipment, arranging payments, keeping an updated filing system, updating foreign currency rates, preparing orders and handling overtime pay
  • Assist in the organisation of various functions and programmes
  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external clients
  • Support staff in trade-related matters

Requirements

  • At least three years' relevant clerical or administrative experience
  • Some general Import/Export knowledge
  • Knowledge of LAN operations and PC software such as Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Able to think beyond normal constraints and develop practical solutions to problems
  • Good interpersonal skills
